Abstract. This study focuses on the impact of culture on effective educational leadership in culturally diverse communities. The findings indicate that school leaders adapt their actions, particularly regarding communication styles, building collaboration and trust, and decision-making structures. The study emphasizes the importance of understanding the impact of culture on effective leadership practices, particularly for educational leaders working in culturally diverse communities. This knowledge is crucial for school leaders and leadership preparation programs.
