The Journal of Interdisciplinary Perspectives (JIP) is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Editorial Team, composed of accomplished scholars and academic leaders committed to advancing rigorous interdisciplinary research and scholarly publishing.

  Editor-in-Chief

PROF. DR. JASON O. MANAOIS
Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology, Philippines

Dr. Manaois is a Professor of Psychology at MSU–IIT, College of Arts and Social Sciences. He holds a Doctorate in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University and earned his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from Xavier University. He is a registered Psychometrician and licensed Professional Teacher with over 15 years of academic experience across leading Philippine institutions.

He previously served as Chair of the Psychology Department at Xavier University and brings more than a decade of professional experience in human resource development. Dr. Manaois currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Psychological Association of the Philippines and chairs its Scientific Committee. His research, published in nationally and internationally indexed journals (ACI, Scopus, Web of Science), focuses on mental health, psychosocial support services, leadership, and organizational studies.
